Original Comment Boost Mobile's Customer Care should be renamed because they do not CARE!!!! I was informed as of 1/5/15 that there would be $3 fee to pay your bill inside the Boost Mobile store. I was unaware of this fee since the last time I was there in December 2014 and no one mentioned the fee for the upcoming year. Merchant at store referred me to Boost to have fee waived. Boost advised they did not implement the fee it was the store. After several attempts to get true answers I got nowhere. Even after speaking with Supervisor Joe who was extremely impatient and not willing to help.
