Original Comment I recently purchased a Chevy Traverse. Tried to take it to one dealer In orange at Selman Chevrolet and was told they would call me withing 3 days to give me a loaner. After 3 weeks and several calls no loaner was provided and my car wasnt serviced. Then I took it to Guaranty Chevy in Santa Ana, CA. when i got to the dealer they told me they couldn't service my car because 5 technicians called in sick. They said I could leave my car but it wouldnt be seen until two days later. I said no problem as long as i could get a loaner the same size or bigger. They said they would call around and get me an SUV and would call me when it was ready. I called them four hours later to find out the status they told me they had an suv but gave it away because I left. I left because they told me they would call me when they had an SUV. My experience with Chevy has been one of the worst experieces ever. I am very happy with my car but very dissapointed with the service or there lack of provided at both dealers.
