Original Comment we have gotten nothing`but the run around from your stores and phone numbers posted. Maybe you will hear what we are saying? We purchased a phone for $45.00 from your store ,o, when my husband got it home, open the box the screen was cracked, it was too late that night to return it, had to work in colo. springs next day, returned it today told it wasn't their fault and won't back the 7 day in store return! This is the second phone we have paid for, the first one kept dropping calls, but of course we have to send in the phone and be with out it! It's not the phone it's the service that you promote! What do you suggest we do? We don't have all kinds of money to spend on crap. This was our business phone and we have lost at least $400.00 a day! We would appreciate acknowedgement on this please! You can call or e-mail. Your employees are the rudest and poorest excuse for customer service! I worked retail for 40 + years and I know what it's supposed to be! No one in all the phone numbers I have called today has any knowledge of how to resolve this issue,"I'm sorry it's not my department" Well who's is it? I await your reply! Thank you! not trying to cause issues , just want a phone that works and an employee that has a personality and knowledge!
