Original Comment my name is Teresa im a boost mobile customer and have been for about 10 years the reason im emailing you is i cant get any help with customer service..on febuary the 4th my fience updated my phone to the htc 626 at the lovejoy ga boost store i immeditly started having problems with this phone the person at the location i bought the phone from said they could not do anything about it so i called customer care about my issues they have done nothing my insurance should have been good on feb, the 10 th because the sales person forgot to add it and i had to make another trip to pay for the insurance that SHE for got to add .well ive been trying sence feb to get a new phone that i can use i have been made numerous promises and still have a piece of crap phone that is no use to me but i have made my payments on time and ive been a loayal customer for 10 years and have refured numerous of my family and friends t boost ,,but IM AM NO LONGER GOING TO REFER ANYONE TO BOOST..I MY SELF WILL PROBALLY BE HUNTING A NEW PHONE SERVICE UNLESS SOMEONE CAN MAKE UP FOR ALL THE JOBS AND IMPORTANT CALLS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECIVE DO TO MY PEICE OF CRAP PHONE ,,,,,,,I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOME ONE FROM CORPORATE WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH ME MY EMAIL IS [email protected] IM SURE I WONT HEAR ANYTHING FROM BOOST BECAUSE I FEEL YOU ALL NO LONGER CARE ABOUT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS... THE ONLY ONES THAT YOU ALL DO ANY THING FOR IS THE ONS YALL GET TO PORT THERE NUMBER TO BOOST...AND ALSO I WAS PROMISED A NE PHONE BY THE SUPERVISOR I TALKED TO ON SATURDAY MARCH 12TH HER ID# I974467299 BUT THAT WAS A LIE ALSO..IF SOME THING ISNT MADE RIGHT I WILL BE SEEKING ADVISE ON WAY TO GET COMPSATED FOR ALL THE DRAMA AND EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS THIS HAS CAUSED ME.. signed not a very satisfied customer TERESA HENDRIX
