Original Comment I am very upset with my 2016 Jeep Renegade 75th special edition. I have had it for JUST 3 years. My warranty just expired in December 2019. Three weeks ago the UConnect screen on the radio got stuck on the back up camera and resets itself every three minutes. The radio sound works but the touch screen only displays the main Jeep screen. I CANNOT change the radio station NOT even on the steering wheel buttons. The hands free calling with Bluetooth doesn't work because the screen is stuck. I went today to the dealership to see if they could fix it only to be told it's an internal malfunction and I would have to replace the radio at the cost of $945.00. This is my first Jeep and I love my Jeep however I don't love that it has sucky parts nor was I told this type of malfunction could happen. What do I want? I want Jeep to at least go in halves if not more to replace a faulty product you put in your product.
