Original Comment I bought a Cherokee North because that is what I wanted. I asked why it has Limited wheels & tires instead of North wheels & tires on it? I was told they do not know why BUT would help get it straightened out . It has been going on 3 months now and all I am getting is the run around . I would have NEVER bought from you had I known I was getting lied to on this matter. BUT what angers me is being lied to about getting the correct wheels and tires for this vehicle. I did NOT want these nor do they come on it. Resolve this matter and I will be happy. I paid for a North. I WANT a complete North not a partial one. I can assure you at this time I will not buy another vehicle from Poynter's. If this problem is not resolved I can assure you it will be my last CDJR product. This is not right and it is not what I paid for.
