My LG refrigerator went out on March 6th with a extended warranty with Home Depot. They sent A & E Services out. Replaced the Compressor once, the evaporator once, deemed it irreparable. Wanted to replace the compressor again. A & E never called LG. I have escalated to the management at LG every phone call. Wanting over 60 minutes at a time. I have taken off more then 48 hours worth of vacation time to get this taken care of. I am a family of 5 with no refrigerator since March 6th. This is in humane. Now they are saying they still need A&E to call it in to LG. This is horrifying. I will never buy an LG again. I just need refund to buy a new refrigerator. Isn't that what is a warranty is for.
