Original Comment Hi there! I have never loved a car as much as I love my Jeep. I am running into several problems recently with Jeep of Simi Valley CA. I took my car in for service April 2021. It was almost impossible to get an appointment with a 5 week wait. The day of the service I don't think they did anything to the car to be totally honest - they told me I needed a fuel I JR toon cleaning for almost $260 but I'm figuring out today that they also charge me $70 for a throttle body service that I never received. My Jeep suddenly died now almost 12 days ago. They will not tell me what is wrong with the car. They will not tell me how much longer it will take. They are blaming all of it on corporate Jeep saying that you guys aren't responding to them. Isn't 2 weeks exceptionally long to diagnose and fix an issue on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I have called too many times to count. My dad has called several times as well as my assistant. I'm getting the run around and enough is enough.
