Original Comment Stay away from Jeep!!! Jeep Cooperation (FCA) has horrible customer service.<br /> I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee, nothing but major problems since driving off the lot. Recall after recall, loss of power, jerking, ticking noise, failure to accelerate etc., the same red flags associated with the 2017 Jeep Cherokee, faulty engines. Every complaint/concern that I made was brushed off by the dealership. Over three weeks ago, without warning, my Jeep literally shut off while driving on the highway, thank goodness I was in the slow lane, or it could've ended really bad. <br /> <br /> I reached out to FCA for help, and not to mention, I did all the work for my case manager by obtaining all the R.Os and submitted them on his behalf. The assigned case manager, gave the dealership permission to repair my Jeep, &quot;In Good Will&quot; however, when I called to verify the work was authorized, I was informed by my case manager that he made a mistake.<br /> It took my case manager over three weeks to review my records, and to tell me that my case was denied due to ONE oil change exceeding the 10,000 recommended miles by 1800. Although, the oil change light indicator never came on, and not to mention all the complaints that were made while still under warranty were ignored, now that the warranty expired 3k miles ago, there's nothing they can do. To make matters worse, I've been without a car for &gt;3weeks and the dealership has no loaner cars or rentals available. <br /> <br /> I will never buy another Jeep or recommend Jeep to anyone. Jeep should re-evaluate their values. No authenticity. No passion. No empathy was ever displayed during my experience. <br /> <br /> *Stay Away*
