Original Comment The worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company. Traveled to San Diego, California from Nashville TN to return grandson. Reserved a rental from Downtown Gaslamp Quater on August 24-Aug 26, paid $25.00 for a 1.6 mile taxi ride from Airport to rental. Got to the rental office and was told along with 2 people that was ahead of me, there was no vehicles available. The representative was so nonchalant, and keep saying it was not her fault that I was stuck downtown without transportation. Further, she continued to try to explain to me something about Uber rents their vehicle. This company is trash, and I will never rent from them again. My whole 2 day trip was ruined, just a lot of extra money spend because of their mistake.
