Original Comment My Son Stayed At The Holiday Inn Express And Suites In Grand Rapids Michigan. The Staff Was Very Rude And Very Unhelpful! I Was Charged An Additional $250 For A Cleaning Fee. My Son And I Have A Joint Credit Card That He Used For His Stay. My Sin Cleaned The Room Before He Left. I Think ThisIs An Outrageous Amount To Charge! I Am Very Unhappy About This! He made the Reservation and asked for Two Queen Beds and when he arrived there was only one and they charged him Additional Money to get Two Queen Beds! They Also Told Him He Is Barred From Ever Staying At A Holiday Inn Again! This Whole Experience Was Terrible! IvWould Like My $250 Refunded And For My Son To Be Unbarred. I Have Tried To Call Corporate Several Times And I Was Supposed to Receive A Call Back But Neger Did. Please Make This Right for me and my Son. Thank You.
