Original Comment I don't appreciate receiving a pass do notice for my safety deposit box<br /> It seems that when investors bank merged with citizens bank no one did there diligence regarding the safety deposit box at investors banks<br /> So instead of me calling my maple shade branch ,citizens should have emailed the customer apologizing for the error<br /> This leaves a bad impression to me regarding citizen bank
