I am an owner of a 2021 jeep rubicon 2.0 turbo. I treat this vehicle better than anything I have ever owned. Only two years in to having this jeep, less than 19,500 miles. On may 13th driving down the turnpike, the engine decided it was going to over heat. I checked all my fluids and were all full, but no antifreeze would go to the radiator... stranded on the turnpike two hours later road side assistance shows up for a tow. We were towed to RockRoth dealership in Allentown PA. Once we arrived at the dealership I was expecting a loaner or rental car according to my warranty I would receive one if my car broke down. I was told there are no rentals available and was told the best they can do is give me a ride to the airport. I live in wilkesbarre, which is an hour north from where I was at and stuck right in the middle of where we were going, which was to go see my nephew that was brought into the world the day before. So after we were sent to the airport...(thanks for nothing), I had to call everyone in my contact list to come give my girlfriend and I a ride home. So after sitting at a airport in Allentown, which was never even a thought of where we would end up. Finally my brother had to drive an hour to come get us and bring us back all because I pay for a warranty that you do not honor and even worse leave your clients stranded in some random airport when their vehicle that we buy from the dealership brand spanking new breaks down. It is currently Monday the 15th and I have no update on my vehicle, no update on a loaner vehicle, and no transportation for the foreseeable future. As much as I love JEEP! I will be very hesitant in ever buying another and I'm currently thinking about getting out of mine all together after the way we were supported in a Time of need. Don't even waste your time with the warranty talk...THEY DO NOT HONOR IT!
