Original Comment I have purchassed Cusinart products in the past and have been satisfied on the quality of the products. My purpose is not to bash your company, but to alert you to a situation I find is against your corporate goal of providing quality products at a fair price and protect your trademark.<br /> I recieved a set of knives purchased at Macys and they are the poorest quality knives I have ever tried to use. Fundamentally, they do not stay sharp and will not hold an edge. I noticed they were made in China and by far this is not worth the wooden holder they came in. I have been using Henckle for years with a steel and know how to sharpen knives. Additionally, they tend to quickly stain, start to rust and are of a very poor quality. <br /> My reason is to let you know this is a reason your sales are probably declining as you need a different source. <br /> regards, Dan Nalipinski
