After using MagicJack Plus for over 3 months, it suddenly stopped working. After more than an hour on the phone with their 'technical support', it worked once again; however, about an hour later, it didn't. I called 'technical support' again and they asked me the same questions all over again even though I explained that I had called earlier in the day and answered all those questions. After asking why they couldn't just pull up my previous information, I was transferred to another representative who was ranked in their top 10% (sure!). He proceeded to tell me I had the MagicJack Plus installed incorrectly. When I asked him why it worked before and nothing had been changed, he repeated that I had it installed incorrectly. The second time I questioned this, he disconnected. If I had seen this stream of comments before purchasing the hardware, I would have saved myself money and a lot of aggravation.
