He /they would make small purchases and confusing the cashiers and switch money how it all works I don't know however he does this deed as if it were a full time job. Although I have written the stores most hit by him and his team I felt I needed to take it one step further. Once again the go State to State.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> As we get to the Christmas Holiday Season I heard him say that it's PAYDAY because the stores would be very busy. They hit stores at all times of the day and night. He said they like Wal-Mart because they hire dumb people. He is a manipulator and a con artist. I heard him say that his brother was stupid to get caught in L.A. (Vincent Rosario). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> You may ask how I came across this information. My son was running around this individual and he almost got himself in to problem.
