Original Comment Invested in high end appliances expecting them wo work well and have good service, but instead, have spent more time trying to get a return phone call. The part I need is discontuned, I was promised a new oven, but cannot get a return call or a date of delivery.<br /> <br /> Thermador products are not worth the money and the lack of customer service is even more fustrating than the oven not working.<br /> <br /> Spend your money wisely and do not buy Thermador
