This is the 2nd page of my message. The first page disappeared from the screen &amp; I hope it was received<br /> <br /> Ms. Trippe spoke in a very nasty condescending manner--as though she was scolding a child and refused my admission to class.<br /> <br /> I'd wage that she used to be a teacher of young children. Ms. Trippe needs to take some classes in basic manners &amp; people management.<br /> <br /> It would have been so easy to say what she had to say in a polite &amp; respectful manner.<br /> <br /> Please take appropiate action. I plan to ask for a refund.<br /> <br /> Janjarm
