Three minutes to put this in,"Yeah-Right" You took my info, my charge card number,at least three hours to read your agreement,you tell me I can keep my number,I'm all set,"BYE". "Well the god dame thing doesn't work on my 13yr old computer my modem has 1 ethernet cord connected to the computer, no socket to put another one in on the whole computer. I can not use it without the computer, using it with the computer made 2 phone calls out asked my sister to call me back,it wouldn't ring at all. No calls coming in $79. plus $19.99 to change over my number plus tax $100. spent for a piece of ---. I'm 59yrs old not a computer wiz, can't find a number to call for help or an address on the whole box. I'll try to find a new modem, because I've had the jack for 6 months and just opened it. "Yeah,I'm not lazy just work alot and this was not on the top of my list every day. I'll try sending it back "Thanks for the phone number and address".
