Original Comment I was in Arby's on N Main street Englewood, Oh and I was the only person at the counter. There were 6 employees that I could see and only 2 were doing anything. It took 6 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. One of the employees yelled to the back someone needed to clean the meat cutting machine because they did not want to get in trouble. Not something a customer should hear. I like Arbys sandwiches but I am concerned about the cleanliness. Why have that many people in there and most of them standing around. The girl at the counter had no personality.
