It's not just their cars they have screwed up on. I bought a new 2012 Suzuki Vstrom ABS DL650 Adventure motorcycle in April 2013. Immediately brought it back to the dealer here on Vancouver Island. The frame goes into mechanical resonance vibration at 4700RPM. Problem has been isolated to the OEM Engine crash guards. This occures at highway cruising speed and in the middle of the power curve in all gears. Suzuki Canada refused to even investigate it nor accept it as a manufacturer defect in warranty. They call it &quot;Normal harmonics?&quot; Even when we gave them an inexpensive solution they still are ignoring it as it will cost them tpo solve it, shooting the messenger and telling people they are the only person compaining. They still continue to sell the defective OEM crash guards and models equipped with it. Resonant vibration is dangerous and should never occur in the normal operating ranges. Sooner rather than later, it will break things, most famous for early metal fatigue, taking down airliners and even the old Tacoma highway bridge. Will Suzuki wait until this kills someone before they act? Suzuki said if I wasn't happy to sell it to someone else.<br /> This is a safety issue. Hugely disappointed in Suzki Customer service. Their warranty program reminds me of a cheap insurance company, deny claims and not pay.
