Original Comment Customer Service Is Very Poor. The Installers Have Very Poor Communicating Skills And Lack Of Professionalism. I Have Been Without Tv And Cable For 11 Days. The Installer Said They Need To Run A Cable From The Roof To My Apt. Not One Phone Call Since. When I Call I Get The I Don't Know Crap.customer Service Where!!!! Started Dec 23rd So Far As Of Jan 3rd Still Nothing.
