Original Comment Ihavejustgotten off the phone with vizio warranty everything this people are saying is 100 percent true I have never gotten more run around in my life. Send use photos I did send more photos I can't well then we can't help you. Josh is the biggest run around artist there is there operator 721. I will never buy a vizio again nor will I recommend them. As far as I'm concerned when a friend says there going to buy a tv my response from now on will be as long as its nota vizio. I will also be contacting the butter busniss bureau and Costco telling them what has happend. P.s. when I asked josh for his bosses name it was top secret he wouldn't give me his first name. All this could of been avoided if vizio stood by there warranty and send out a tech to look at my tv. I guess Im old school were a mans word it his bond.
