Original Comment I bought a pre-owned phone from Boostmobile that I just found out was already active in someone else's name. It has been over the 30 day return policy. I want a new phone. What can I do? This was not my fought. If I had found out in time why it could not have been activated in my name, I would have been able to return it within the 30 day time frame. Please help!! So this phone is useless at this point. Might I add a supervisor hung up on me yesterday.After speaking with several reps and Sprint and several at Boost he hung up on me. No apology or anything for my phone being useless. Being that this was not my fault. I don't see why Boost Mobile will hold this against me. The phone worked properly had no issues until I was trying to activate it. I love the phone but hate what has happened to me. Please help.I never should have received a phone that was still active in someone else's name in the first place.
