Original Comment Lenscrafters Northridge...what is this world coming to when a doctor's office loses its patients chart? that is exactly what they did. And they all seemed pretty amused by it all...smug-like and the chart never did turn up and my daughter is now wearing temporary contacts and they want us to come in and bring in the paperwork that I was just in for today. what clowns. never again. No heartfelt apology and just poor poor customer service. I've experienced this with them before but it had been awhile and they had available appointments so I took a chance. Never again. and then they have the audacity to send me a computer generated email thanking me for my business and that I should return? NEVER. DONE. I find it appalling that there are so many complaints about this particular store in Northridge and yet no one is investigating or doing anything about it. Again, what doctor's office loses its patients chart? Incredible.
