I went &amp; looked at it, it is NOT frozen!<br /> <br /> (*) I was a Brake-mechanic for Firestone 30 yrs ago in L.A., I know how employees are 'taught to lie&quot; to falsely 'build up the quote&quot;.<br /> <br /> (*) DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PEPBOYS!!
