I paid my sons bill and the customer service rep put in the wrong number in his system when i paid. My sons phone never got turned on i called customer service and they told me that it was my fault that i gave the wrong number and i woul have to get a credit back on my card in one to 3 days we are going on a week now. Oh but wait it gets better. The customer service rep said do you want me to transfer you to a rep who can take your payment to restore service. Really you want me to trust them again oh no! I am going to find a new service provider for all my family's phones. All 5 of them. I have been doing customer service for 25+ years and never would i treat anyone like i have been treated! Horrible customer service i have ever encountered
