this is to say that i have been with boost for 10 years +, i had signed up for for shrinkage over a year ago, i called to find out why this wasn't or had been applied to my account, they looked it up an agreed, so for this over sight they offered to give me a phone, mind you this is in no way a replacement, only a way of making up for there over sight, they asked me to pull up there web site and pick out a phone, after about 10 min we agreed on the Galexy rush, when the phone was sent it wasn;t what we agreed
