Original Comment I really need to speak with the General Manager over all Chevrolet business, I will be filing a formal complaint either way it goes. But I took my car to Prince Chevrolet in Albany Georgia to get repaired for a oil leak and a few other minor things. Well I got a call back saying I needed a water pump, but my car never ran hot, and a few more things was named that needed to be done, the bill came up to almost 1200.00 dollars, once I got there to pick my car up, thinking that I could trust these people and what they said, I crank the car and it was making a noise. We called out the guy that worked on the car he stated it was the antifreeze on the belt that was making noise and it would wear off in a few days, well two weeks pass and my car still making noise and never made noise before, not only that my car still was leaking oil, not only that were they suppose to had fix my cigarette lighter, they messed something up and my light would not come on to my air conditioner. I took the car back to get all these things fixed because PRINCE CHEVROLET IN ALBANY GEORGIA, was the reason, all my problems started with my car, now take in mind, that they have completely lied to me and cheated me out my money and wanted me to pay over 800.00 more dollars to fix something that they tore up. This is unjust and definitely not right for anyone to be treated like this with dishonesty. I have a few steps to take to get something done about this and I promise I will not stop until PRINCE CHEVROLET OF ALBANY GEORGIA do the right thing and fix my car. The mechanics need to be replaced and the service manager need to have honest people working for him and not stick with his employees when they are wrong and lying to customers.
