Original Comment This is the experience from Prescott, Arkansas on 11/28/2014. The waitress seemed easily distracted. The manager didn't seem involved in the customer service. We politely asked to have the channel changed to CBS from ABC, and after 3 tries, they left it on an unavailable channel. The waitress delivered chesses sticks instead of mozzarella cheese sticks, and the supreme was orsered as a medium, but delivered & charged as a large. There was a medium pizza ordered with sweet peppers, and they out jalapeños on it instead. And they overcjarged for that medium pizza. Also, whenever we wanted refills, we had to walk to the front to get them, each time. Overall, the service was pitiful, ridiculous, and poorly managed.
