On Black Friday I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting in the 45 degree tempature to get an IPhone 6 .... Approximately 20 minutes before the store opened the two associates came by the line and gave out "pull tickets" for each item everyone was waiting for ... I got my pull ticket and was told when the store opened I would have to go to the "cell phone" desk to purchase the phone ... When the store opened there was only 2 associates at the cell phone desk ... as I was the 3rd person I would need to wait until the associates were finished all the paperwork ... I was given the option to "make an appointment" anytime that weekend seeing each transaction would take approximately 30 minutes. I agreed and made an appointment for the next day ... I go to my appointm and I'm told the they DO NOT KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED but that they were SOLD OUT of phones! Of course I was a little upset and do you think any of store management would apologize ... No! I was told "giving the amount of phones they sold if they only made a mistake on a few it's not too bad". When I asked to speak with the store manager Ken Lord I was told he was unavailable .... I then spoke with Terri Wilkes and again no apologies ... No answers ... No customer service ... Nothing! After over an hour back and forth I was told they would see what they could do .... I think this situation is totally unacceptable...,I still have my pull ticket but no phone! Guess I just have to wait to Monday to see what happens... But rest asure I will not be a returning customer.
