Original Comment On the plus side, Boost Mobile has an adequate signal and doesn't drop calls as much as verison.<br /> <br /> On the otherside, as soon as my LG phone dies or I can carry my phone number to another mobile service...one that has customer service. My first phone was a Kyocera. It promised to almost water proof and it may have been. Unfortunately, it was not user friendly, drop calls outside the Boost Mobile store and when it finally booted up the black screen of death I returned to the store in Wayland, MI. I was not surprised when the clerk who sold me the speaking English--pretended to speak only his native tongue. I now regret not report his suspicious behavior to the Border Patrol and Homeland Security.<br /> <br /> I call a customer-like service using my wife's phone that takes pride in its customer service and waited 21 minutes before a spanglish speaking representative who could comprehend why he couldn't the number I was calling from in my Boost contract. Five minutes later I think I final convinced him that I need service on phone--not my wife's phone. I was instructed to send the Foxcon in Texas--yes, the Foxcon with the nets around the building to reduce the number of successful suicides. I will keep you apprised if the site allows me to.
