You are offering me your personal attention with a generated email that is incomplete. What information am i looking for? I live chatted the other day with a rep online explaining the simple quote that i was looking for. I want a quote for parts and labor for a trailer hitch install on a 2012 Subaru Outback. Are you the sales manager or the admin administrator that does not complete sentences leaving the customer back at point one. Better yet with the effort i have put into this so far i feel like i am actually going backwards. I am not looking for a phone call because my schedule is very busy.
