Original Comment To boost Mobil corporated office. We love you company but we this like the service your. Employees give to us today I talk to one of your representatives and she offered me. A boost mobile pland that it does not exist she offered Me 30$ pland boots Mobil doesn't have that also she wood put me on hold just to llook on my account. Why do I know because she was telling Mr the ki g of phone Ihave she. Change my monthly pland. Becouse she till me that that's a New promotion I found out is not true she must off change my monthly payments for so.e tbi g like pay as you go and an other tho g. If they record us every time we call. Then what we talk or what wee ask for shoulder be recorded to. I have that bad experience with some of your representatives because to them is funy messing with us customers it's a chame that they represent a big company but a lots of customers walk out u. Happy the representatives don't care about customers. Lots of times I lost money do to them messing with my acoustic t they would do changes. An whe I would go to the nearest s. They would tell me you got to call the 1800. And when I would call they would tell me you got to go to the corporate d office they have going back nford for nothing you are a big company employ should take the job more serious. No material the age they are. Customers should be respect any curomer poor or ritch homeless or not homeless criminal or not criminal. I no one should be discriminated or disrespect and most of all respect clients account s don't get I bolded with clients account s just course you got mad or for personal issues we have right s just like t companies. ..
