Original Comment I just looked at my bill and noticed 'safeguard' on my account. Sure enough it had been there since I ordered service. It's their wire maintenance package. I live in a brand new home that was built for me. Everything was new, and I had a maintenance team in the community that fixes inside issues. I never asked for it, but they would only give me credit back 6 months. I asked them to review the call where I ordered service to see that I never asked for it. They said it didnt matter, mistakes happen and thats why its on the bill. So I asked if an overlooked mistake was validated because it wasnt noticed. She couldnt answer. I have had problems with my service since it was installed, theyve come out multiple times and never fixed my problem and the supervisor just stopped calling me back. It's a terrible company with terrible customer service.
