Original Comment I am writing about the Dollar Tree Store in Universal City, Texas. The manager Celeste Smith<br /> is the friendliest and most helpful you will ever meet. The store is by far the best<br /> and cleanest store you have in this region. The store on Austin Highway in San Antonio<br /> and the store on Thousand Oaks are a disgrace. They are dirty and unkept. Celeste should<br /> be commended for a job above and beyond.
