My Husband And I Had Cricket Broadband. We Had The $ 50.00 Package Every Month. When We Got The Notice That Cricket Was Changing The Hub, Or Base, Whatever You Call It, We Got A Letter Stating The Change. It Also Said To Your Company Would Give Us $ 75.00 Off On A New One. We Went In To A Cricket Store To Get One, And We Were Told That They Did Not Have Them Yet. Then, We Were Told That The Letter Was Incorrect About The $ 75.00 Off Of The New Base, And That It Was For Another Promotion. We Were Totally Upset About The Situation, So We Just Turned Around And Left, And Got Our Internet Usage From At&amp;t. We Want To Go Back To Cricket, But We Feel As Though We Were Wronged In The First Place, And Want The Same Deal (or Better) For The Base. We Do Not Feel That We Should Have To Actually Pay For The Base Since We Were Done So Wrong In The First Place! They Kept Trying To Sell Us On Something Else, And We Couldn't Even Understand What She Was Saying Because She Was Talking So Fast, Like She Was On Drugs Or Something! My Husband Finally Looked At Me And Said, We Just Need To Go, Because We Can't Get Anywhere With Her, We Can't Even Understand A Word She's Saying! We Were Never Even Contacted By Cricket About The New Bases Coming In, Or Even Wanting Our Business Back. We Had Been A Cricket Customer For About 3 Years. Cricket Customer Service, We Would Like To Come Back, But Not At Our Expense This Time. No, What Happened Was Just Wrong, And We Feel That We Should Get The Right End Of The Deal This Time! We Did Not Ask For The Upgrade On Our Base. We Were Just Told That We Had To Bring The Letter In With Us, And We Would Get The $75.00 Off Of The New One, And Were Then Told That They Didn't Even Have Them In Yet, And That By The Time They Came In That The Promotion Would Be Expired. Now, We Were Told This Also By The Other Girl That Worked There. I Do Know One Thing, They Drove Us To Another Internet User, When We Were Perfectly Happy With Your Company. Again, We Feel That Your Company Should Make This Right. It's Like We Were Forced To Go Somewhere Else<br /> ! If You Would Like To Have Us As Customers Again, That Would Be Great, If Not We'll Just Stay With At&amp;t. We Want To Come Back To Your Company, But Not If It's Going To Cost Us A Bunch Of Money That We Don't Have In The First Place. Sincerely Yours, Lisa L. Mccallister
