I am very disappointed with the Sam's Club in Spartanburg, SC. I have never experienced such terrible customer service as I have dealing with club# 8142. We have ordered tires from this store's tire center for many years. We should have learned out lesson about 4 years ago when we had a set put on and upon the car being let down the driver's door was left open and was damaged as it hit the floor. Repairs were made and covered by the store. Last week I ordered a set of tires for another vehicle that still have not come in. No one has bothered to find out why and all I get is "the tires are not in". I spoke to the store manager and she promised to find out what the problem was but he never called me back. This is unacceptable especially when I was told the tires would be in by (last)Friday 7-10. And to make matters even worse the service desk answers the phone and puts me on hold for 15-20 minutes and then the tire center puts me on hold for another 15-20 minutes and then no one comes back to the phone so I have to keep calling back until someone comes to the phone. I am so frustrated with this store. I will drive to the Greenville store which is 30 minutes away but the customer service is worth it.
