Original Comment I've been trying to sign in on my account for the past two days at a different computer for some odd reason there was a pop-up that said Yahoo does not affiliate with Windows version 9. I know that I had keyed in my correct password but it told me it was wrong. Yahoo was suppose to send a verification code in order for me to reset my password as after 3 tries you are locked out. I shouldn't be having all this problem trying to reset either my password or my alternate email. I NEED ASSISTANT IN ADDRESSING THE ISSUE AT HAND.
