Original Comment i am sending this complaint email in behalf of my daughter. on (tue) 2/23/16 @approx. 6:34pm my daughter went to boost mobile premium wireless inc. located to purchase a new phone (boost mobile no fee - receipt-transactio for her birthday. she spoke to a saleswoman, Jani and was told that she would get a "deal" if she paid CASH and got the phone today and had it turned on with 1 month free internet service; all this for the price of $80.00. my daughter gave the saleswoman $80.00 in cash. she misread the receipt. she got home and when she read the receipt. the receipt read that she was given $67.00 by the saleswoman, Jani wrote she was given only $67.00. It was incorrect. my daughter gave $80.00. when she gave the saleswoman, Jani$80.00 cash she was told by her that she would be getting the following: the LG tribute 2 phone, 30 days free unlimited data, for boost service pay the following schedule : 3/23/16 pay $45.00; 4/23/16 pay $35.00. *this "deal" was valid only if she CANCELLED her T-MOBILE ACCOUNT IN THE STORE. SHE OVERPAID GIVING $80.00 CASH. the receipt states SHE paid $67.00. SHE should have only paid $60.00. SHE WAS CHEATED OUT OF $20.00. Firstly, she told the saleswoman, Jani; NO PHONE INSURANCE. MY DAUGHTER WAS CHARGED $7.00 PHONE INSURANCE. my daughter went on boost mobile online and she saw that it was possible to get partial money back for the unused portion of the phone insurance. she then contacted Boost Help Care Services regarding the $7.00 unRequested Phone Insurance on (thu) 2/25/16 @appx. 6:25pm they told her,"...you are stuck with it." this is inconsistent customer service. Secondly, Based online: there are Boost Moblile promotional deals that indicate cancel your current carrier in the store, sign up for a $60.00 unlimited data plan, and get the L-G Tribute 2 phone for FREE and you only walk out the store paying $60.00. and there are no activation fees for new accounts. In my conclusion, MY DAUGHTER WAS ROBBED OF $20.00. SHE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THE FREE PHONE. I am outraged! my daughter spent her birthday being TRICKED out of her hard earned money. this saleswoman, Jani gave her detrimental reliance in hopes of future theft. this is FRAUD. FRAUD AND THEFT IS BAD BUSINESS.
