Original Comment Avis/Budget has had my complaint since March 28th, 2016 and have chosen to either not read it or send me a &quot;template&quot; responses which do not address the fact that their car sales division promised a FREE TEST DRIVE. We rented the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon after being in contact with the sales representative of Innovative Funding Services, Bryan Arthur, who instructed us to &quot;just pick up the car and keep it, paperwork can be taken care of later&quot;. My fiance did not in fact follow through with the purchase because the vehicle was extremely damaged and they were unwilling to come down on the asking price, (as if the 2015 Challenger were in perfect condition). The vehicle's driver door handle did not even open the vehicle, there were multiple scratches all over it and even the windshield had a crack. Mr. Arthur instructed us to return the vehicle and confirmed it could be returned to another location than where it was picked up (picked up 3/20/16 @ Grapevine, TX location code: QV2. DROPPED OFF DFW 3/22/16)<br /> To this day Avis has not admitted to being at fault &amp; the salesrep has been unresponsive. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a supervisor to speak with me because the customer service rep was not equipped to handle this matter. <br /> This matter has caused my credit card to appear over its limit for over a month and I refuse to pay for this when it is not my fault and this should be handled better by this company or its third party- Whoever is responsible. Avis the company who charged my credit card, so they have to reimburse me for $172.81.. I am in the process of purchasing a home and my credit is very sensitive right now. Something I expressed on March 28th with no resolution.
