Just stopped at circle k at 441 and 329. Every machine is down in the store, ie coffee, soda , frosty. Women's restroom door lock broke. Trash all over outside of building. What a mess
Circle K is the worst company and convenience store history to work for. I worked for the one in Spartanburg county Duncan South Carolina at the corner of Reidsville and E. Main St. that store shows a lot of prejudice and they are doing everything that they can to force the only two black employees that they have now they are trying to force them to quit because in reality they won't that store to be all white staff and it's not fair. This is the second store manager that they have had that I am aware of that show prejudice, the first one is gone and now the one that is there now he ain't no better. He says little racial remarks and that's one reason why I left they cheat you out your money. They still owe me for a whole eight hour shift and one way the other I am going to get my money ever to work for I wouldn't even go there to shop.
I frequently use the circle K on Araby Road in Yuma.
I'm not sure why, but it seems like since they went to the automated check out, it seems to now take longer to get through the checkout lines. I can go to Quiktrip up in Phoenix and they get you checked through really fast. One attendant can usually do two people at the same time.
Not really liking the self checkout.
I was at Circle K today Store # 41585 located on Alma and Stacy road on 12/4/23 at 4:19 PM in line to get gas. There was only one clerk checking out. I was like 5th in line. The other clerk was counting stock. I realized that I had the wrong card to pay, so I got out of line and went to my car at the pumps to get the right card to pay. When I went back inside the girl clerk that was counting was checking out customers. I got in her line and she told me "you have to go to the other clerk. I said why and she said I just opened my register and I'm not ready. I said you just waited on 2 customers. She said I'm not waiting on you. I asked her why and she said I just opened my register. Again I told her why did you wait on the other customers if you're not ready. She flat told me I'm not waiting on you! She started calling other customers to her register and I said why won't you wait on me, I'm in line and I should be next. She said I'm not. I told her I was going to report her and you'll be in trouble and probably lose your job. She cussed me out and said "I don't care if I lose my job. I couldn't get her name. So I went to the other register and the clerk name Johnny gave me a hard time as well. I've been a regular customer for 4 years and never had a problem.
Your store on Tryon rd and Jones Franklin road in Cary nc always posts lower prices on the street than what is on the pumps. Says $2.75 on the street and the pumps are at $2.99. The clerk plays stupid like she is unaware. Sheetz across the street is at $2.75. Third time out of last three visits.
Last night my sister and I stopped at the K store on Monroe La, off of Frontage Rd. When attempts were made to purchase a lottery ticket, the staff (a black female) asked for an ID. We live in another state and have never been asked for an ID. My sister told the female, that she was old enough and didn't have her ID. Now, at this pt, it goes left, after the young lady said out loud" We as customers make her sick and she doesn't make the rules" She had been more forthcoming about the reason why the ID check, it would have been fine. She continued to insult my sister, by stating she looked older than 53 years old. She chose to work with your company and I'm sure she's been to diversify training, and if not she needs to get it ASAP. Because the next person with a different personality will meet hers.

Your store 2406 John Bragg highway in TN has the worst service. Nobody in line to check out, your employee holding the counter in place refused to ring my items up because you have a self check out. I put my items back and left. There is no need for lazy employees.
I am a circle K daily customer. I went into a circle K today on the Connor of Kings Hywy and Vetrans blvd. I have the sip & save . I know as a business owner the franchises have to value corporate products and etc... the man behind the counter would Not value it . So I said that then said well here you can keep it then and placed it on the counter and was leaving when this employee said if I wasn't such a Di&k he would have given it to me then followed me outside screaming that's right leave you don't want to get Fu€led you up over a drink you little biit€h Etc... I don't know about your company but I would fire my employee if he did that to a customer of mine . One why do they have your circle K flag if they don't value your products and 2 for him to threaten a customer verbally and try with violence . I complained to local corporate and they gave me a different number who no one answers or calls back . So I left a message at the main office in Canada and here . Also it's on video from start to finish . I do not want to give the video to the news but if your company does not fix this I will and I have multiple witnesses who will also speak up . I only want this made right !
Your store in Coolidge Arizona is beginning to fall apart but not by their own doing. Nearly half of the machines ( pop, coffee, etc) have been out of order for a very long time. For example, soda dispensers have been out of order for nearly two months. A clerk explained to me that Circle K has not (will not?) send any repairmen/technicians to fix things. This is the only location in town and is normally busy. So during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season, you have lost a lot of sales. I've been going to McDonalds.
This should be addressed by a regional or corporate office. It is not a good business model.
