Original Comment Last night my sister and I stopped at the K store on Monroe La, off of Frontage Rd. When attempts were made to purchase a lottery ticket, the staff (a black female) asked for an ID. We live in another state and have never been asked for an ID. My sister told the female, that shes old enough and didn't have her ID. Now, at this pt it hoes left, after the young lady said out loud" we as customers makes her sick and she don't make the rules" she had been more forthcoming about the reason why the ID check, it would have been fine. She continued to insult my sister, by stating she looked older than 53 years old. She chose to work with your company and I'm sure she's been to diversify training, and if not she needs to get it ASAP. Because the next person with a different personality will meet hers.
