Original Comment Avis does not care. If it did, it would post a complaint section on its main website. I have a number of complaints related to Customer Service case<br /> <br /> -agents would not help solve a problem<br /> <br /> -agents refused to transfer a problem inquiry to a manager when they could not solve it<br /> <br /> -when I sought satisfaction through the Denver airport location, despite an hour of trying several different departments, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE
