Dear Concern,<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kindly note that I have purchased one42&quot; LED TV set having following details,<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Model No.: LG-42LB5820<br /> <br /> <br /> Date of Purchase: 09.09.2014<br /> <br /> Place of Purchase: Worora - 442907 [Maharashtra]<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I purchased this LED TV set keeping in mind that LG Electronics is a market leader and the products are of very good quality and work for years and years without any trouble. But, I think I was wrong, my experience is so bad about such most trusted brand that the all of sudden TV Set display got a problem as some big colour dots continuously appearing on screen since 24.02.2015.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> After registering complaint, the company service engineer was called to check the same who had informed that the Display Panel is defective and need to be checked. Company engineer supposed to check the TV Set on site and give some solution and this is what our expectation. But to my surprise, they are asking me to submit the TV Set at their service centre to inspect and correction / Repair.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I am very much disappointed with the faint response from such high class brand service representative and find this absolutely unconstructive and feckless response.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> As per my knowledge, the life of the LED Display Panel is very high, other components may fail but this never fails because this is the heart of the TV Set. <br /> <br /> Assurance of Product Quality and Service after sale was the basic reason of buying the LG make Products. I am really very surprise to know that the failure of Quality TV set in such a short time. It is purely a manufacturing defect, which was never expected from a company like LG. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I hope LG counts this on top priority and value their customers by kicking out such representatives who are misguiding people to save their brand value. Also looking for onsite inspection and confirm on actual facts with solution. I believe LG should take the responsibility of repair / replacement of Damages happened in such a short span of one and half year. <br /> <br /> Is your product are so week and not capable for long life without having any trouble in ideal conditions?<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> You are requested to kindly look into this matter and arrange to repair the TV Set Onsite at the earliest.
