I was at the Morgan Blvd Harlingen location. Noticed only the employees working the shopping carts were wearing
Face masks and gloves . I did not see any of the inside employees taking precautions. After waiting outside in the heat and humidity I was able to advance waiting to enter the store. While waiting I observed 2 men dressed in bright blue shirts enter the store without having gone through the line. At time of checkout I asked about the 2 men being allowed in the store ahead of those that had been waiting and was told they work for "Favor", a company that has contracted with HEB to work as shoppers for elderly and disabled. Being elderly and disabled myself, I did not appreciate the "favor" individuals being able to circumvent the rules. When I questioned the manager on duty, was told it is corporate policy to allow the access to the store. When was the last time "corporate" had to stand in line in the heat and humidity. I appreciate HEB being a good corporate citizen, but if they are allowing others to "cut corners", perhaps they do need to stand in line for an hour and see how they feel about others being allowed in the store without having to put in the time. Unfortunately we have very limited competitors that would allow the flexibility to shop elsewhere,
