Original Comment I would used to give this store five stars but now it's hard for me to even give it one star...<br /> <br /> I used to work at AutoZone in Scottsboro Alabama with a lot of great people, unfortunately I had to leave due to medical reasons and since then there has been a big change at that location ,all the good employees that I worked with no longer work there, whoever is running that store now is doing a very poorly job ,their customer service is terrible they would rather stand there and gossip with one another instead of helping the customer ,I recently came in and was asking for some cam bearings and they had no earthly idea what I was talking about, they told me that there was no such thing... ( that blew my mind ) I was thinking about trying to get my job back at AutoZone until I seen firsthand on what was going on at the store,, the past six times I have stopped in there in the last two and a half months they have never been open on time, when I work there Craig Sears was the manager and in my opinion he ran that store great and he had some really good employees, so you may want to try to get him back in that store. I am not the type of person to leave reviews good ones or bad ones but this definitely needed to be brought to someone's attention...<br /> <br /> Reply
