Original Comment I called termini for a flea problem,when the technician came to my home ,as he ran up mr stairs I went out on my porch and sat in a chair and lit a cigarette. I could hear him running down the stairs. I thought because he didn't have a exterminating can and was using a spray can that he was running down the steps to grab another can of spray. To my surprise he went straight to the basement . I could hear him running down the basement steps. About a minute later he was coming out the front door.i asked him " your finished already " he said yes , 3 levels all done. I hadn't even fished the cigarette I lit. I called the office 3 times since then and haven't gotten any satisfaction yet!!! He was in my home a total of four minutes and put in his work order he was here 26 minutes!!! I will never use them again
