Original Comment I was in your Rockwall Texas store last night, I ordered the chicken Cajun pasta. The pasta had very little sauce and just wasn't good so I asked them to take it off of the bill. One of your managers named Jon came out to apologize and asked me to allow him to make it over personally. Long story I just wanted to let you know he did everything right. He was so polite and accommodating. I've been in the hospitality business for 30 years so I can assure you I know good management when I see it .Jon was the ideal employee, exactly the kind of qualities needed to be a good manager! When I was in the hotel business he is exactly the kind of managers we would try to recruit. Please let his supervisor know what a good job he is doing and because of the way he handled things I will go back to that location Ticket number 50023
