Original Comment On July 4 l were in Monroe la.i had a reservation with Avis to my surprise no one were there so the next day some were there hours later.i got the car it's were dirty in n out smell bad like wet clothes or a dog. I accidentally locked key n trunk n were told to tow car to Kia for $165.00 plus $250.00 for a key so I called pop a lock they came out to unlock the trunk for $120.00 n I have to go round with corporate they are the only ones with one key beware customer they're making money off that one key now I want my hundred twenty back
